Actually no I haven't but it all the more confirms my suspicions of foul play as he says that they had no major arguments lately, etc. And that she has been tired lately and not feeling well, etc. I'm sure he tried to make it sound as reasonable as possible to cover whatever actions occurred to make Terri collapse.

I find this police report interesting, hmm?

Police called at 5:40 am
Dispatched at 6:11 am.....31 minutes after call
Police arrived at 6:33 am...53 minutes after call

Okay, why did it take so long, here's what I think ?


First of all it was a Satursday night....
Police are busy on Satursday NIGHTS...alot of calls,actions,etc...DWIs

Police shifts (mostly) run like reg shifts, so this
was the night shift (nights)...11pm til 7am

This might of been the last call for this unit(1 person
or 2 person unit)??

Busy night, tired,last call,etc..avoid long paperworks....

Then, you have the EMTs from Sunstar Medic ((Pvt)) NOT your reg
FIRE/RES/EMTs units, which means to me...they were busy too
on Saturday night, so they had to use there back-ups...

They knew deep inside them(6th sen..)), something was wrong with This picture, so this why they felt it, to call police....

"Various BOTTLES of prescription medication were present
in the kitchen, HOWEVER ONLY 2 PRESCRIBED to THERESA"..

which means....MS is/was on DRUGS from Prescription, Keyword is VARIOUS...how many are various ?
More than 3,4,5,6,??

If so, What sickless does MS has ??
Mental, depression, sexual D,etc...anybody knows ??

The police were lied to from day #1, and since it was the last call for P.O.,(maybe Rook) who wants to do alot of P/W,etc..etc..with only 10 minutes left on shift.....

Agreed. I believe MS is the ONLY one who's said she'd been "tired lately and not feeling well." The only thing I'd read about her state of mind previous to her "collapse" was that she was very unhappy with MS, she wanted a divorce, he was very angry with him, especially the day before when he yelled at her over the hair appt. she spent her own money on.

Well, supposdly the advocacy agency that is doing the investigation into her abuse has obtained the records. My concern is that the records have been purged. I don't believe for a minute that the forces that are working so hard to kill Terri wouldn't stoop to doctoring the records or "misplacing" portions they didn't want seen. I expect they will be keeping whatever information they have to themselves until they complete their investigation, as per their statement. Understandable. They needn't clue in the enemy and give them anything to work with.

Wasn't MS under psychological/psychiatric care at one time? Perhaps he was prescribed a drug or two. Bob Schindler had said he had a temper .. started to attack his daughter, Suzanne, but Bob intervened. I would assume this is the kind of information that would go into discovery

This is probably nothing, of course, but is still interesting: One of the officers named on the February 1990 police report is a Rodney L. Tower.

He was named as officer of the month in April 2000, page 3 (in pdf). Wonder what he did that brought him this honor?

i have no problems with Sunstar medics, they're great people. okay let's look at those Various bottles of prescriptionS...

There were only 2 for Theresa, okay fine...

BUT, what were MS prescriptions for ???

We know the Police, and EMTs checked them out...etc
We know MS worked at McDonalds, so what time did that McDonalds close ?

We know it's a Satursday night..
We know according to MS, he got home at @ 2AM, which
I would put at @2:30,or 3 AM....
why, because we know MS lies alot...
What did MS do after work ?
Bar,nightclub, or girlfriend home having ___!??
What effects would drinking, or other drugs, or both
have when taking prescriptions ??
We know Terri was beaten before, and terrorize by MS
before that night(btw..still)
At @ 4 AM..MS calls Bobby
Bobby calls EMTs not MS , which he con't to lie about.

This is what i believe happen, MS almost killed her
while she was still sleeping, and after that, pick-her
up and place her by the bathroom floor, then clean-up bed
as to leave no trace of violence...

The key is the Neck....not the head, the neck

What effects would drinking, or other drugs, or both have when taking prescriptions ??

We have a neighbor who has mental problems and a few months ago went off the deep end. The combination is a potent one,but would depend upon the type medication-some can cause a person to become psychotic, and when the law protects someone who shakes a saw at a child and says I'm going to get you (because that person is mentally distrubed) it can be a scary situation.

No! Another lie? When did he say he worked at McDonalds. To whom did he say this? Did he say he was working for McDonalds the night of Terri's "collapse?" Look on police report. He said he was the General Manager of "Agostinos Ristarante" in Clearwater.
