This is probably nothing, of course, but is still interesting: One of the officers named on the February 1990 police report is a Rodney L. Tower.

He was named as officer of the month in April 2000, page 3 (in pdf). Wonder what he did that brought him this honor?

As for the other officer, Phillip R. Brewer, he's no rookie. As of September 2003
