Well, supposdly the advocacy agency that is doing the investigation into her abuse has obtained the records. My concern is that the records have been purged. I don't believe for a minute that the forces that are working so hard to kill Terri wouldn't stoop to doctoring the records or "misplacing" portions they didn't want seen. I expect they will be keeping whatever information they have to themselves until they complete their investigation, as per their statement. Understandable. They needn't clue in the enemy and give them anything to work with.

This is probably nothing, of course, but is still interesting: One of the officers named on the February 1990 police report is a Rodney L. Tower.

He was named as officer of the month in April 2000, page 3 (in pdf). Wonder what he did that brought him this honor?

I agree wholeheartedly with your view. There have been cases over the years where a search warrant has been executed so that the investigators could actually physically go in to doctors' offices and discover the smoking gun files hiding in closets in boxes marked with misleading information. The doctors retained the files, but they were the only ones who knew where the damning files existed, until the search warrants revealed the whereabouts. Hopefully, everything possible is being done to aid the discovery in this investigation. I would never put it past Dr. Victor Gambone or anyone on Michael's team to surreptitiously do away with any vital info about Terri.
