They are looking for the real Michael Jackson instead of that ugly white woman who says she is he...it...she...it....whatever. We live in Santa Ynez a few miles from Neverland. This past 4th of July Michael pulled up in front of our home while my husband was washing the car. Michael asked him where "the western bar" was located, obviously meaning The Maverick, which is a block or so from our house. My husband did not realize it was Michael until he spoke. Until then my husband thought he was speaking to a woman.
Michael has cultivated many friendships in the Mormon church here and frequently has some of the valley's nicest families to his home for parties. He will parade all these people out as character witnesses. No matter what evidence they find, Michael will never be convicted in a criminal court. He could easily lose a civil case.

It would explain why until he gets help in resolving the problem, he is unable to stop engaging in the alleged inappropriate behavior... IMHO...
Sad that if true, hospitalization or incarceration are the only means of intervention he may have left...

If this turns into an expensive civil case, Jacko may have to raise money by selling back some of the kids he bought.

I'm well aware of that. What college football player would be so stupid to do that? You could have any woman you want, and you go playing with yourself in a parking lot in front of some chick?

Now, here is my conspiracy theory of the day... MJ knew that he was about to be placed in a legal jackpot and he or some of his siblings went to the father and begged him to publicly admit that he was beaten as a child so that there would be some amount of sympathy generated by the press coverage... Mitigating circumstances....
And no, I am not related to Oliver Stone... >;-)

Your #371. I didn't know about much of this, but was looking for that quote from Howard Dean about Terri Schiavo and found a poster on the usenet newsgroups who sounds like our kind of person, so I looked for what else they were saying on usenet and came up with this post. It *almost* seemed prophetic, but I suppose that is stretching it for anyone who was more familiar with the facts as I am not, and much as I don't like the opposition, I don't like to parrot things without solid, credible material to back up my position.

At his age and with the obvious deep level of problems, I'm not sure he could ever truly be cured.

I'm going to be amazed if MJ wasn't tipped off. He had to know something could happen since the arrest and conviction of his PI.

Remember after Michael Jackson got busted the first time and he got real mad when they told him NOT to hang out with boys. He proclaimed that he just wanted young boys to sleep in his bed with him and that he had no intention of touching them. HEY MICHAEL!!! NORMAL guys have NO DESIRE to have boys sleeping in their beds for ANY REASON!!!

Unlike those with federal or political party coffers at their disposal, it takes a regular person a little more time... I also think that is a well that one can not go to very often...
One has to hope that "Fair and Balanced" means just that...
