He was one of my favorites, too; and for the same reasons. I'm in awe of his talent, his wonderful humor, his ability to stretch out imagination and understanding, his ability with words, and his understanding of people and their reactions. He was a living wonder!

Our country is at war, our borders are being invaded, expressions of our faith are being driven underground, racism is not only being institutionalized, but enshrined, we have a judge in Florida passing a death sentence on a woman who has committed no crime while protecting the one who has committed crimes against her, democrats in congress can't open their mouths without undermining the president, we have traitors sitting on the Senate intelligence committee selling out national security in deference to their political ambitions and in the Senate, they can't seem get it through their pea brains that they are in the minority and use playground level bullying and childish temper tantrums to keep the president's judicial nominees from going to the floor for a vote because they object to the fact that these are judges who honor the Constitution instead of being judicial tyrants who hold the entire country hostage to the communist agenda of the likes of the ACLU and NAACP.

An e-friend sent me a copy of an article about this (more quotes later via private email), but it didn't have the name of the publication, just the author (Moore).

It's slow as molasses, but I'm glad that the Schindlers are getting more air time and that abuse charges are being investigated. Thanks for keeping me up-to-date on Terri's plight -- I'm glad I'm able to keep track of the progress through your threads!

This was the stay that Bush appealed late Friday afternoon. Baird ruled in favor of MS, and the Bush attorney immediately filed a appeal. It was lifted today....sadly. Hope this makes sense. See post #1,160 !!

Yeah. I've been trying to "keep up" on my breaks today but somehow I missed this. Do you know who is next in line for JB to appeal to? I have never seen a governor treated so disrectfully by the judical branches before. I mean, what will it hurt to give him additional time? Why the hurry to make Terri dead?

We must maintain our faith and confidence in Jeb Bush's Legal Counsel. I'll be back at Hospice Thursday evening which seems to be a busy night for vigilers. We are preparing for Terri's December 3rd birthday.

For now all I can say is HOW DARE THEY? Felos MUST be blackmailing the 2nd DCA 3 judge panel. How did that little bug get so much power in the state of Florida?

The Florida Supreme Court is the next up the food chain. The odds of Bush prevailing there (from a human perspective) are like unto that of a snowball in hades. But he would be amiss not to try.

If you do a google search, you can find out who the Judges are from the Second District Court of Appeals, Florida. Judge Altenbern is one but there are others.

Floriduh voter, Thank you SO MUCH for what you are doing on the front lines. I am sending off my card and a teddy bear tomorrow. I am taking pictures of our Collie, Poodle and cats( 3) and sending those too.

I was just thinking of a great idea. I think to have 5,000 helium balloons. Attach a note (in plastic) to a string, tied to each balloon, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TERRI. LET TERRI LIVE".....and then releasing them into the sky after singing Happy Birthday to Terri on the 3rd,Have the media covering the BIG BALLOON RELEASE....and then those balloons literally going all over Florida landing in yards, parks, churches. What a way to publicize TERRI!!

We did this back in 1960 at a Church rally. Balloons went all over the city of Los Angeles, and many upstate. We made the news!!....Just a idea. I think there are enough Freepers who would be willing to " Sponsor a dozen balloons" that we could send TONS!!!.
