This was the stay that Bush appealed late Friday afternoon. Baird ruled in favor of MS, and the Bush attorney immediately filed a appeal. It was lifted today....sadly. Hope this makes sense. See post #1,160 !!

Yeah. I've been trying to "keep up" on my breaks today but somehow I missed this. Do you know who is next in line for JB to appeal to? I have never seen a governor treated so disrectfully by the judical branches before. I mean, what will it hurt to give him additional time? Why the hurry to make Terri dead?
