Group Blasts NBC for Advancing 'Homosexual Activist Agenda'

(CNSNews.com) - A conservative, pro-family group is expressing outrage over what it calls the misrepresentation of former homosexuals on the NBC's crime drama, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.
Focus on the Family said this week's Law and Order episode offered "60 minutes of misinformed homosexual activist rhetoric."
The episode focused on a therapist counseling men and women about leaving homosexuality. According to Focus on the Family, "The show's writers took every opportunity to discredit the effectiveness of such counseling and even had the therapist murdering his homosexual son's lover by show's end."
Focus on the Family says current research proves that sexual orientation can be changed, and its staff includes a man, Mike Haley, who says he "personally walked away from homosexuality over a decade ago."
In a press release, Haley said he was "stunned" by the "misrepresentation" depicted on Tuesday's Law and Order episode: "The truth is that, for those struggling with unwanted homosexuality, there is a way out, and thousands of men and women who have voluntarily taken that journey are surely expressing outrage at this attempted invalidation of their lives and experiences."
Focus on the Family said programs like the one aired by NBC on Tuesday are "simply irresponsible and potentially harmful to those who are looking for a way out."
The question of whether homosexuals can change their sexual orientation simply by choosing to do so is very hotly debated by people on both sides of the issue.
While some former homosexuals say they are living proof that it can be done, other practicing homosexuals insist they were born that way and knew from childhood that something about them was different.
What ever happend to tolerance? Tolerance for people who have decided to no longer be homosexual?
Tolerance is only for the leftist and unfortuntely they control Hollyweird and the media
Once the abuse is uncovered, faced and dealt with, homosexuality, like most emotional disorders, can be corrected.
But the gay agenda is one of perverse sociopathy. They are proud of their illness and seek to encourage it in others.
It is now abundantly clear that "Free Speech, Choice and Tolerance" were to be defined by the left and anything that does not fall into the left's definition of those code words must surely be "Hate Speech, Anti-Woman and Religious Right-wing Bigots."
It that's true, it would certainly make all this a lot simpler, wouldn't it?
One real-life "I did" outweighs a thousand theoretical "it's not possible's".
Its about time someone did.
It was a 60 minute infomercial for the sodomite viewpoint. There wasn't even a slight effort to present the other side. (Unless you think making the other side represented by a "god hates fags wacko" and the episode "murderer" is an effort at fair and impartial hearing.)
They had it all. Gay gene, impossibility of change, hypocricy of those who claim to change, gay marriage, ... you name it. It was all there. They even had Lawrence v Texas there.
In fact, they had so much propaganda there that the lines that came out of the character's mouths were stilted, unreal, preachy. It wasn't something normal like, "Hi partner, how's your case coming?" It was more like old Pravda "Gay-inclusive comrade (GIC), social justice dictates gay genes be accepted by the proletariat, gay-inclusive wedding advocacy."
When asked when she first realized she was a lesbian, Ellen answered she first knew she was gay when her gym teacher in middle school seduced her.
Ask any homosexual. The answer is invariably the same.
Stop childhood sexual abuse, and you curtail homosexuality.
Encourage childhood sexualization, and you increase homosexuality.
We have Ellen's double-speak to thank for a clear example.
Like I say, if what you're suggesting is true, then we would be a long way toward a solution to a very, very old issue. I think a study might be in order.
