This thread serves as a place for posting all new general information and references, along with links following Terri's case, plus information on cable news and talk radio shows dealing with the issue, court cases and press releases. This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.

If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.

There was a tremendous amount of information posted on the previous thread. For anyone who hasn't been following the daily threads, links to relevant posts and information from the previous thread are contained in the body of the present one. I have found that very helpful in trying to find something later. You people are doing a spectacular job of getting information out and also in helping to keep all of us updated here. What a great joint effort. This fight, to me, illustrates beautifully what Free Republic is about and what it means to be a FReeper. Way to go FRiends. Keep up the good work!

That's what I meant when I said you'll find stuff. The house they live in is in Jodi's name. There's an insurance company with Jodi's name, run from their house, yet Michael is one of the directors for the agency and Jodi is not. Smell a little fishy here?

So do I. Michael is driving a Mecedes? Out here in the Hinterlands nurses don't make that much money to be driving Mecedes'.

I thought of a legal way Michale could be getting money back out of Terri's Trust Fund.

As Sweetliberty said, "Terri is using her own money to kill her slelf, and it is not costing us anyhting."

This was one of Sweetliberty's more shall we say 'testy' moments. Actually Michael has court permission to spend Terri's $700,000 settlement money on attornesy fees ergo George Felos.

What if Geaorge is paying Michael? Say george is writing a book and he is paying Michael Schiavo as a source. In this way Michael gets the money out of terri's account, over to Felos, adn Felos funnels some back to Michael.

Almost eveyone on this web site has always said Michael wanting to kill Terri is about 3 things, the money, the money and THE MONEY.

I hope Terri's attorney gets a chance to ask Michael if he is receivng any money from George Felos, or anyone associated with George Felos.

I would imagine that even if the attorney gets a chance to ask Michael if he's getting any money from Felos, he would lie about it if he was. There's no way that he'd tell the truth about that.

A wheelchair is a great idea. We have to make sure Michael isn't guardian anymore though. As long as he is, things will disappear :-(

(1)... A doctor hired by Michael Schiavo said Terri Schiavo's brain is destroyed and she hears, feels and sees nothing.

(2)`I don't think there are any words to can express the outrage that he feels and the pain in the heart that he feels'' because his wife will now continue to suffer, Felos said.

Well, now, George, I'm confused. Your hired doctor testified that Terri can't hear, feel and see anything. So she cannot experience pain and suffering. Was he lying? Or is it you who's lying now about Terri "continu[ing] to suffer" because you failed to kill her?

I also see that Amy Roebock (sp?) was substituting for
Olberman on the COUNTDOWN show, and they covered Terri
for just ONE MINUTE at :18 past the hour. She read seven sentences covering the basic legal news on this subject,
but it shows they are at least aware of her.

(included an odd video showing model husband Michael
wheeling Terri out into the sun in her wheelchair,
up to a scenic overlook, then DOTING over her, and POINTING out to Terri the beautiful view! )

Let's organize an event that the media will want to cover ,and put it out there. We are celebrationg the LIFE of Terri Schindler. Any one who has photos of a young Terri , plese contact me.. perhaps we could put a presentation together and apeal to Hannity to help us get this all on his program.

Oh this sounds absolutely marvelous. I live in Los Angeles so I can only donate some $$ and make phone calls and emails to help. But I want to do anything I can. Has anyone contacted or thought to contact Joni and Friends about donating a wheelchair?? I read today in Focus on the Family that her organization donated over 14,000 wheelchairs last year. I might be able to contact her organization??

Oh, yea! And EVERY time MS or FELOS 'says' there is NO
INSURANCE POLICY on Terri, remember they are not under oath
when they say so. I don't believe it for one second!

Why... even TERRI was employed at an INSURANCE company!
[So she probably got a VERY GOOD deal on a whole life policy!]

And even if she did NOT, I wouldn't put it past MS & Jodi
to back-date a policy in Terri's name somehow with this company!
As DIRECTOR of this agency, MS would certainly know HOW to do this!
