This thread serves as a place for posting all new general information and references, along with links following Terri's case, plus information on cable news and talk radio shows dealing with the issue, court cases and press releases. This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.

FL_Engineer suggested that if you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.

If the new doctor is a "Jerger," I don't think there is any doubt that this is a Schiavo puppet. Yes, the dots are leading back to death for Terri. The legislature and governor will be shown as ineffectual in FL -- all the real power has been delegated to the judiciary. What a horrible Halloween discovery!

I tell you there is MONEY here in ways that no one can now anticipate!

One thing I can say is that any female who has ever made the mistake of getting involved with such a man and gotten out, can spot the type a mile away. Michael Schiavo is the type!

You made an excellent point. If Felos claims BIAS, the GAL is thrown out. If Terri's counsel claims BIAS, they are denied while Judge Demers puts his money on the Executive Order/Terri's Law being overturned.

I think his statements regarding the declaratory action show BIAS by Judge Demers. DOUBLE STANDARD COULD BE USEFUL ON APPEAL...

It's now on the record that Demers is awaiting the constitional decision instead of ruling on the matter at hand standing alone. He indicated that Wolfson may never have to make any decisions regarding Terri's care. WHY, WHY, WHY? DOES JUDGE DEMERS HAVE A CRYSTAL BALL or did he borrow Stetson Law College's?

So what is George W. Greer doing in this conservative Baptist church? Why is he not excommunicated? I had read on one thread that the church had urged that Terri be spared. I suspect that Greer may not be attending service at this time.

Maybe you better send your post re: the St. Pete Times to terrisfight.org. Statements from the article conflict with what MS said on Larry King Live the other night. A side by side comparison with the transcript of LKL may be useful. If their mailboxes are full, keep trying.

Does the "constitutional decision" come from Greer, the appeals court, for the Supreme Court? Does it not start out at the lower court and wind up at the Supreme Court in Tallahassee?

We can't interview the Schindlers. But, they'll be on Larry King Live next Thursday night thanks to tons of freepmails from FR.

I can't say my name but if you communicate with Terrishope again, I vigiled alot with terrishope. Tell her hi from a vigiler. Pop Schindler would like us to re-vigil. I'm thinking about making a sign stating "Terri's Angels" and keeping it in my car so I can stop by while I'm out doing stuff. It's hard to keep up what we did the first two weeks. It must be hard to bond with over 500 people and then people needed to take care of their stuff.

If anyone can re-vigil on Saturday or Sunday, that would be great. Just call the phone number for Hospice Woodside and ask for the address. Hospice isn't as combative as they were week one and two. The Schindler's enjoy the support and our company. It's hard to spend every day in a parking lot waiting for good news. That is the scene.

I also recommend Francis Schaeffer series, "How Should We Then Live". In video or book form. An incredible historian and theolgian of the 20th century. 2 decades ago looked down the hall of our American ways and by the grace of God saw what we are seeing here today.

Same here Polly, and I have to reluctantly confess that if we lose this fight for Terri, if Terri loses this fight, I'm not sure I could ever put my heart and soul so much into such an effort again.

What I saw with the legislature in Florida really gave me hope. Seeing all the people fighting for Terri restored my faith in Americans. If all should be lost because the court holds the trump card, I will completely lose faith that our form of government can be redeemed. If the voice of the people is removed and the legislators aren't allowed to legislate nor the executive to order, then our constitutional republic has failed and we are at the mercy of a tyrannical judiciary that is blind to both justice and mercy.

If my life was solely based on eating, I'd weigh 700 pounds. Food is not medical treatment. That is what's wrong with Florida's exit protocols. Food should not be defined as medical treatment. Put anybody in a guarded room with no food or water and see what happens. Not natural causes as spun by that Felos fellow.
