If you or anyone has a FAX, please request a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION of MS because of the suspicious and IGNORED circumstances of Terri's injury. You might also mention the fact that Michael's name appears in all types of convulted corps and that you are concerned about hidden assets and ABUSE of awarded money MEANT for Terri!
Called State Attn Bernie McCabe-ph # 727-464-6221 and explained my postition and requested info be passed on! Said the entire nation is becoming aware of the injustice surrounding the death sentance laid upon Terri.Mentioned LKL and the upcoming interview with the Schindlers and their 700 CLub visit today.

No answer there...but a recording requesting ya leave your name and number....So I did...and I also left a message---there was plenty of time on the machine to do this. Hope it goes thru.
In my message I simply stated that placing a guardian in place who showed no previous leanings towards euthanasia or was pro-death was as important as placing a guardian who showed no bias the other direction.
What I am going to fax him after I revise it is the following-but I have to go to kinko's to do this...I will.
I will write something along these lines: To the Honorable Judge Demer,
Imagine , Judge Demer, that you are Mr or Mrs Schindler,
- agonizing over misspent money that was for your dtr's care, now being spent on an attn seeking her death!
-Imagine, for one second, being at the mercy of a son in law, who, frequently, PUNISHED you for doing kind things for your own dtr. (No gifts, flowers, movement, sunshine, television, stimulation, etc per Michael Sciavo--FOR YEARS) What PUNISHMENT did you recieve when you acted on your dtrs' behalf? A NO VISITATION order placed by Michael Schiavo..not once, not twice, but MANY TIMES!
-Imagine not being allowed to see YOUR dtr's medical records, medical problems, medical pronosis, medical diagnosis's, and on and on, knowing the man who can, wants her dead.
- And then, Judge Demer, imagine getting to visit your dtr ONLY when monitored by someone....and then.... Michael Shiavo making that someone...his mistress, concubine, mother of his children!
How would that go down, Judge Demer, with you? Having to be in the room with the mistress or mistresses'es mom watching YOU to make sure you did not offer your dtr any THERAPY (like placing a cloth in her palms to help relax her sweaty, curling fingers cause PER MICHAEL..that is therapy and he ordered NO THERAPY) ... as you reach out for your dtr. -I don't know if this impacts you one iota Judge Demer. But I find it unbearably sick. What kind of cruelty does that fall under?
Please act for justice, assuming you care as passionately now for our laws, not only the literal, but the SPIRIT of the laws, you most certainly must have cared about once....Felos may be smooth, he may have great power in your community, but that DOES NOT MEAN HIS CAUSE IS JUST. It can mean....just the opposite. Power can be a cruel vice in the hands of the wrong people'
Cannot you not find it in your heart to let sunshine into this incredibly suffering....perhaps even assigning a guardian that will permit Terri to LITERALLY feel the sunshine on her little face...one that , unlike Michael, would permit her to wheeled out into the sunshine your state is supposed to be famous for?
Sometimes a Judge does something that he forever remembers as the right thing.
Let this be so for you, and for Terri, and for her family...and even for Michael, who may not even understand that his denial of even gentle stimulation, television, flowers in the room, outings in the sunshine...matter greatly to someone completely imprisoned in one small room.
Pick the GUARDIAN very carefully, Judge Demer. Many of us across this nation are watching carefully. Stand for the justice that cares about humane treatment.
Here's what I see as the perfect case scenario: investigation into allegations of the HINO get him removed as Terri's guardian. Meanwhile, while the battle against Terri's Law and the Constitution is being fought in the courts, an order is issued that would require Terri to be allowed whatever therapy might be available. (Don't you think that there might be neurologists and others who would DONATE time to this now?)
Anyway, Terri responds to treatment and rehabilitation, new tapes are made (unfettered by HINO) which prove to the world that 1) Terri was NOT vegetative, 2) HINO is a pathological liar and 3) the courts were dead wrong. Seeing this in the new light sways the court to make the right decision and uphold life and the Constitution so that this doesn't happen again, to Terri or anybody. If, in the course of the investigation, George Felos was exposed for the charlatan he is, that would be icing on the cake.
And finally, investigation of the HINO uncovers enough to bring him up on criminal charges and we pop the popcorn and watch the perp walk. It would be a really nice touch if we had a shot of Terri watching the perp walk from her wheel chair as well, and laughing out loud!
Well I DID say this would be the ideal! *Sigh*
Give brief background (And anyone else can take the few minutes this will take as well!)
Mention that LKL is having the Schindler's on for an hour...thank goodness! And that since Fox News seems to be dropping the ball on this....giving such brief segments of time....tho appreciated....intense interest is there...and we need her investigative skills and HARD HITTING QUESTIONS..both sides!

FL-since I know that you are on the scene, and I know background on what you have done for the Schindlers and Terri, and since you are in the area, and since you might be able to call, not long distance to the circuit court and ask for Judge Demers FAX number....would ya do that? Richard Jerger is a member of THE Jerger Family. Formerly, a big name in insurance of mobile homes, especially, in Florida
They seem to be very well off, and their company has been bought out. (see below) The company that bought them out (or did a stock swap or whatever) thought Nursing home insurance was not profitable enough. Insuring Mobile homes, like the Jergers did, is very profitable. Insurance premiums for mobile homes run maybe a third of premiums for regular homes. But it costs a small fraction (1/10?) as much to replace a mobile home as a regular home.
Jerger name is also associated with St. Petersburg College's nursing program.

Perhaps we should blame the parents since it seems to be a family trait. Remember a couple of days ago when the brother Steven said the Schindler's couldn't even get credit to rent an apartment so they lived with Michael? Here's what Michael's previous girlfriend says...
During the nearly three-hour deposition, Shook said that Michael Schiavo never talked about his wife's wishes if she ever became comatose. He never indicated to Shook that he and his wife had talked about living or dying in the event of a stroke, heart attack or car accident. And he never said to Shook that Mrs. Schiavo had indicated that she wanted to die.
What they talked about, Shook said, had nothing to do with Mrs. Schiavo's end-of-life wishes or removal of life support.
They talked about how Schiavo would get on with his life, Shook said in her deposition.
One option was building an addition to her parents' house and hiring medical staff to care for her there.
"Michael had discussed (Terri) with me in the context of what to do to get on with his life," Shook said.
