Fox and Friends really needs to reconsider a cast member. (Vanity)

I have never really been a fan of E.D. Hill on Fox and Friends. A lot of the time I find her popping off at the mouth and wonder if she even thinks before she speaks. Four days ago they were reporting the Kobe Bryant prelim hearing and the discussion encompassed the allegation by the defense that she had possibly slept with 4 different men over 2 different days. Now I know at the time the defense only made an allegation and did not present ANY evidence at the time to back the claim. But I was thinking "oh they must have something on her or they would not make this claim."
Now to E.D. Hill. She just blew up making outlandish statements, short of calling Kobe a rapist. She said things such as, "how dare they do this to this women who was raped!!!" Where is the proof in this? This will cause other women who were raped to not come forward.
Hmmm the last I checked this was an allegation. Trust me I wanted so bad to post this 4 days ago but I held off, buyibg my time to let time pass, allowing her to stuff her foot in her mouth.
Well today that day came. Now there is evidence that this woman had slept with others just prior or at the time of the rape. Other's pubic hairs found in her panties as well as other's semen. this prooves the defense's allegation of the accuser.
When this was reported this morning what did E.D. do to recant her blow off at the mouth 4 days prior? NADA, ZILCH, ZERO!!!
This has not been the only time I have seen her do this. I feel she is a lousy analyst and just annoying. Yet proof again that she does not think before making statements. I sure wish Fox would pull her.

She's an emmy award-winning journalist, and the brightest amongst the Fox and Friends team.
That said, I find her condescending and annoying at times.
Admittedly, I don't watch Fox and Friends as much as I used to.

Hi there.
Whether or not the alleged victem is promiscuous is NOT the point. Even if she is, she still should not be raped. That's the sort of stuff the Taliban goes in for.
We do not know enough yet, however I agree that there IS considerable doubt about the veracity of the accuser . If nothing else she loses points for Smarts and Class.
I also agree that E.D. is shrill on this. Tia

She's the most popular member of that staff. It's a point-counterpoint show, and the different views make it interesting.
E.D. Hill would be the LAST to go; she's easy on the eyes.

Admittedly, I don't watch Fox and Friends as much as I used to.Neither do I and one of the reasons is the pace of the show. It always seems as though they're pressing their guests to hurry, hurry, hurry. If they don't have enough time, they should just have fewer guests.

It is EXACTLY the point. This is evidence that someone else had sex with her making her bleed at the same time she is alleging that Kobe raped her. This says that 1)she is very loose and 2)the injuries that Kobe alleging bestowed upon her may have been a result of multiple sex partners suring a 2 day period. This is very very damaging evidence.

I don't know if you're a guy or a gal, but generally speaking, women are much more sensitive to this type of thing than guys are (myself included). A third-party woman's perception of rape allegations may not be rational or objectively defensible, but their perception exists nonetheless. My advice: cut Hill some slack. We have no idea about any past personal experience she has in matters of rape.
Sure, it sucks for Kobe, but luckily E.D. isn't the judge or jury in his case.

Further, even the fact she did have other sex must be directly connected to her injuries. How do they explain kobe having sex with her already damaged bottom without concern? How did he not notice her bruised neck? How did blood of hers get on kobebean? I will be waiting to see if they can logically discount the rape accusations, not further smear the victim without showing the other-sex did the damage to her.

I like E.D. and while this may turn out to be a false accusation, part of what she said is very true. It will cause honest victims of rape to be reluctant to report it. That's why there are "rape shield" laws. An honest, true rape is a horrible crime and the horror of your life being pasted all over newspapers is just an additional fear.
In no way do I blame any victim of rape. Rape is rape no matter how, when, or why it happened. I just wish some of my sex would wake up and smell the coffee. Stop putting yourself in these situations. It's still rape if you say no, but just damn, get some sense.
I have every right to go anywhere I want with whomever I want. I also have a brain.

-frankly both Kobe and the alledged victim are both sleazy, so who's surprized at that?
-most liikely a young, innocent, virgin wouldn't have gone to his room, duh
-none of the controversial evidence floating out there is conclusive either way.
-why don't we all just wait for the trial and see what happens? I couldn't care less...
My pet peeve = endless "talk" from the talking heads about this case!

Point #2 is serious and important in this case because that is possible, if true.
Point #2 is outrageous. Generally speaking how many partners one has in any length of time has NOTHING to do with it. Promicuity has nothing to do with whether or not she was raped.

Um... what bruised neck? And it isn't up to the defense to discount the rape accusations, it is the duty of the prosecution to prove the rape allegations. We live in the US, innocent until proven guilty?
