Harry Reid had high praise for President Trump calling him "smart" and hard to beat in a recent appearance.
"I used to think that Donald Trump was not too smart. I certainly don't believe that anymore," the former Senate majority leader told David Axelrod in an interview preview that aired Friday on CNN. "I don't think he's intellectually a powerhouse, but he is basically a very, very smart man. No matter what the subject, any argument he involves himself in, it's on his terms."
The 79-year-old Nevada Democrat said the Democratic presidential contenders should not be under the illusion that Trump would be beaten easily in 2020.
In August, he warned that his party's presidential candidates were taking far-left positions that were hurting their chances of beating Trump. He specifically pointed to "Medicare for all" and decriminalized border crossings as two potentially hazardous positions for Democrats.

Not to mention infringements on virtually the entire Bill of Rights with Amendments with speech codes, mandated pronouns red flag laws, anonymous whistleblowers, SWAT raids on unarmed political enemies, subpoenas for tax returns, IRS harassment, etc, etc, etc, etc.
When Donald Trump leaves the WH and encounters a gaggle of reporters, his voice activates the helicopter blades.
Imagine what he can do near exercise equipment for elderly senators.
Hmm there is a transgender candidate vying for Adam Shifty Schiff’s seat in CA and....and at this rate may be the preferable alternative.

I didn’t think they were as far Left as the Democrats would go, only that the Democrats would continue to pretend that they weren’t as far Left as they really were.
But it seems the consequences of Obama and company purging the party of older style progressives in favor of the Mensheviks and others willing to serve the ChiComs or Muslim Brotherhood paved the way for Bolsheviks who no longer want to pretend.

In the party of the blind, the one-eyed man is an ex-senator. And Trump is still their President.
Maybe the exercise bands (Mob beating) knocked some sense into him.
President Trump is a street fighter, and that's exactly what America needs to avoid a second and far more terrible civil war. If Trump fails, we'll be lucky to get away with only 50 million dead in the resulting chaos.
