A panel on MSNBC's Morning Joe expressed skepticism about Sen. Elizabeth Warren's (D., Mass.) ability to defeat President Donald Trump in 2020.
"Americans don't want, 160 million Americans don't want to be told they can't get the insurance they want," MSNBC contributor Donny Deutsch said. "Elizabeth Warren, and I take a lot of heat for this and she's wonderful, is the only thing that can keep Trump in office."
Cohost Joe Scarborough said he has heard from moderate Democratic voters that not nominating former vice president Joe Biden could drive them away from the party. "If what we're hearing is actually true, then Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders, either one of them against Donald Trump puts the suburbs back in play," Scarborough said.

The entire impeachment thing of Ukraine has nothing to do with Trump,,
Its all about knee capping the left wing of the party.
If Biden runs and loses (which he will) the far left just argues we didn’t go left enough and grows in influence..
If however they run a far left candidate and they lose big, that argument is DOA and the party moderates for the 2024 cycle when they have a real shot at winning.
That is whats going on with impeachment... It will take out Biden ensuring a far left wing whackadoo will get the nomination.. most likely Warren at this point... and it will turn the opposition (Trump Supporters) up to DEFCON 5... Ensuring that not only will the lefty lose, but they will lose HUGE...
The 2020 Cycle for the Dems is not about the white house.. they know they can’t win it.. its about knee capping the far left of their coalition so they can moderate for 2024 when they will have a shot at winning.

Biden's young VP (commie) would puts his boot on the faces of the 'little people' - the 'deplorables'. Then he would tell the corrupt 'elites' it's time to go into the world and 'sell speeches', make trade deals that favor their loser kids at the expense of the country, and to set up even larger retirement/slush funds called 'Foundations'...
Joe, Mika, and Donny want back on the gravy train for themselves and their friends. Just the way it was... corruption and graft and shallow people as far as the eye can see.. Biden's a horse to ride - nothing more. They know it. And we know it.
He is exaggerating. Probably all of the Rat candidates would lose decisively, as things stand today (without major Trump scandal, new war, or economic crash).
I think they are prepping Hilary’s body double. Or a look-alike robot.

Even the Left knows Biden is their only hope of beating Trump.
Ukraine will take out Biden.
And voters are going to vote for candidates who want to be able to declare their political opponents insane, storm into people’s houses and confiscate any guns they find, open the border to anyone who wants to be here, end private ownership, pay off everyone’s student loans, pay reparations to descendants of slaves etc?

If they think Joe can keep the crazies in that party at bay, they are sadly mistaken. Anyone not full on marxist should not be in that party.
That idea is implausible and far-fetched enough that it might just be true. Sometimes people in desperate situations (the Dims, for instance) get way too subtle and devious.

The Democrats as a party are too far left, and smart folks know it... if they keep on that route they will never win nationally again.
Here’s the reality, in the last 120 years, exactly 4 sitting presidents have not won re-election... Of those 4, 3 were purely beaten because of the economy. Meaning, quite simply, odds of beating an incumbent president, regardless of the party, is incredibly low, and with a booming economy, virtually impossible.
If they run a perceived moderate, and then lose (which they will, best case regardless of the candidate is about 15 states for the dems in 2020) the WE DIDN’T GO FAR ENOUGH LEFT whackadoos keep making their argument without a strong counter... If however, they run a far left candidate and lose big, that argument is done.. the party can moderate, and have a shot at 2024.
Why do you think they are doing this not really impeachment impeachment over a phone call that the president already released? It has NOTHING to do with Trump,, but everything to do with harming Biden, who no one is excited about, but he’s the most sane of the bunch, so the realist democrats are propping him up.
Once you realize what this drama is really all about, its much more fun.. you can pop your popcorn and enjoy the show..
Face it, Impeachment is a loser for the Dems, and they know it. Why do you think they wont hold an open floor vote or hold open hearings on it? Or allow republicans to subpoena witnesses? They know they can’t win this... even if they vote on articles of impeachment, the senate will not convict.
So, why do it? You won’t take out Trump with it, and you sure won’t win 2020 with it... You do it because it can be used to pander to your radical base, while at the same time cutting them off at the knees... By giving them just what they want.... Giving them the rope to hang themselves.
