We have to disallow language like this in public discourse. I, for one, would punch her ugly mouth for using that language at me. She may have freedom of speech, but it is not without consequence. Okay, after further review, it appears that congresscritters can't be impeached, as established in the impeachment trial of William Blount. They have to be removed by two-thirds vote of their respective chambers.
