If fundraising is any indicator, Biden is the man to beat. At least as of today, at least until he opens his mouth again.
According to Biden’s campaign, they raised $6.3 million in the first 24 hours, ousting both Sanders and Beto who had impressive opening days, raising $5.9 million and $6.1 million, respectively.

Biden’s campaign launch sent the Democratic digital fundraising world in general into overdrive: About $7.6 million flowed through ActBlue, the party’s preferred online donation processor, on Thursday, according to the site. The daily average in the first three months of the year was $1.9 million.
It’s unclear exactly how much of that online money went to Biden’s nascent campaign, as his rivals for the Democratic nomination also tried to capitalize off the attention surrounding his launch.
Sanders, who is running as an outsider and is in second place to Biden in most polls, called on small-dollar donors to pitch in after Biden’s Thursday announcement. Sanders’ campaign manager, Faiz Shakir, signed two fundraising emails for his campaign with “Joe Biden” in the subject line amid allusions to upcoming high-dollar fundraising events for the former vice president.
…Biden’s Friday haul immediately led to howls from Sanders’ supporters on social media, where they quickly accused him of being in the pocket of lobbyists for taking money from industry insiders. They also noted that Sanders had far more contributors in his first day of fundraising, in their view a sign that the senator has a broader base of financial support from regular people and more room to tap his donor network for more money.
O’Rourke, Sen. Kamala Harris and Julián Castro’s campaigns were also among those who name-checked Biden in their own fundraising emails on Thursday.
On his first day as a candidate, Sanders brought in $5.9 million, a record total until O’Rourke’s campaign announced raising $6.1 million in his first 24 hours in the race. The next-biggest launch in terms of campaign money was for Harris, who raised $1.5 million in her first 24 hours.
They are desperate for white male leadership when they contemplate the alternative. Queers and women and half blacks.
Of course, the donors are the money people, not the officeholders who will become superdelegates, but money talks.

How ironic to consider, that in today’s Democrat party, where they make note of which grievance group people belong to, that while males are frontrunners for the Democrat nomination for president.
Why is that Pete Buttgieg(sp?) a 37 year old mayor of s small city, considered a major candidate for president, except that he can check off the homosexual grievance group membership box?

The confrontation with the audience member in New Hampshire was even more disturbing. He confronted a citizen who challenged him on a particular issue in that campaign. Biden's response is a chilling display of arrogance. He basically claims to have won awards, to have served on Law Reviews, and to have won scholarships and held high class rankings - none of which was true - in order to say "I'm better than you, I'm smarter than you, therefore I win this argument." It was appalling.
I saw it on CSPAN's "A Day on the Campaign Trail with ______" that ran in late 2017 or early 2018. I am a recovering CSPAN junkie, but back then I watched it all the time. I still recall what I was doing at the time - filing out materials for law school applications with the TV on in the corner of the room - and there was Joe Biden being followed around New Hampshire. Having breakfast on main street, glad-handing people all over, speaking here, speaking there, the usual. Then he speaks to a group of teachers, and on the way out he confronts the audience member.
There is no possible innocent explanation for what he chose to say in that moment. It was not a short flash of anger, an excited expletive. It was an argument composed of falsehoods that stretched over several minutes.
No person who behaved like that, who uttered those remarks, is qualified to be President. If he makes it to the nomination - this is the Kryptonite that destroys him. It shows the core of the man's character, and you really want to look away.
Somebody just posted on Twitter that they believe all of these Democrats acting crazy are intentionally doing so. At the very end, Michelle Obama will swoop in, grab the presidential nomination for the Democratic Party and save the day from all of these nut jobs who want to increase taxes, overturn the Second Amendment and confiscate guns, allow murderers terrorists and rapists to vote and to give illegals everything.
It absolutely makes perfect sense.

Yes, Michelle will probably run. But she is just as crazy as the rest of the Dems. She believes in all those things too.

Some think that the $6.1 million supposedly raised by Bobby O’Rourke included money left over from his failed Senate race, money that O’Rourke had returned to the democrats that they in turn gave back to O’Rourke once he declared.
