Reminds me of the passage in musician Al Kooper's book Backstabbing Bastards in which after being a lifelong liberal he is confronted by blacks one night and held and beaten after being robbed. What is the tenure of each of these Senators? How long have they served and done NOTHING to help the situation on the border.
The vote had to happen by statute. I’m curious what committee these losers are head of. McConnell of course approves of their pro-cartel behavior.
Lee is Romney’s poodle and Blunt is likely retiring.

I would not use this vote as a litmus test for any of these Senators. Many of us here are leery about the emergency declaration as well. Trump has what, $5B non-emergency funds to build? Let’s devote our energy to making sure $5B gets built; stopping other unconstitutional legislation; helping Kolfage build wall sections privately. And then hang this unconstitutional vote around the Dems neck. Ask them to cite the Article 1 Section 8 authority for every penny they want to spend. Only Paul and Lee are close to being clean on that account.
And any of you helping produce the voters who support socialism, by sending your children to government schools, does not have a leg to stand on in this matter.

I’ve been thinking about that as well. In the midst of all the hubbub about the emergency declaration, those non-emergency funds seem to have been conceded to him.
The emergency proclamation will still stand. These RINO AHs will be a clean as the wind driven slush in the matter.
P.S. Ask murkowski why it is now called Los Anchorage...
