I’ve been thinking about that as well. In the midst of all the hubbub about the emergency declaration, those non-emergency funds seem to have been conceded to him.
I think he should devote zero more time to the declaration. Rescind the order and announce that henceforth, he will use the same standard for Democrat legislation. Start wall building. Do more immigration raids and deport. Veto all unconstitutional legislation going forward. Nominate judges. Defend pro-life. Big win for us, and go into 2020 without the emergency lawsuits hanging.
