Some people had trouble with the Supreme Court nomination of Brett Kavanaugh. For left-wingers, it was another episode of Meltdown Theater. Judge Kavanaugh was confirmed by a 50-48 vote on Saturday, but the road to get here was insanely bumpier than originally projected.
Three sexual misconduct allegationsall without evidence or corroborating witnessesopened the door for Democrats, who dropped these allegations at the last minute, to execute one of the most vicious character assassination campaigns in recent memory. If they couldnt block him, they were going to destroy his life, his family, and his reputation. All I can say is I cant wait until its our turn to get a true scalp: the destruction of a liberal judges nomination who doesnt get the votes. Democrats set a precedent. Lets play by their rules.
This is war. These people arent our friends. Theyre the enemy. Period. Lets start throwing punches.
Im happy we have a solid conservative majority on the Court for the next generation, but the Left is still gunning after Kavanaugh. Keep the powder dry and the bayonets fixed. We may have to skewer more Democrats if they continue this assault on Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
For feminists, well, theyve been tearing their hair out and acting like the hordes of Mordor throughout this process. They say November is coming. Thanks, we all know that too. Also, the places where you dwellcities, urban America, the Acela Corridoryou can have them. Theyre deep blue piles of trash anyway. The already deep blue slices of America will get bluer this cycle. I get it. Thats not how youre going to win elections, especially when the full might of the GOP and Trump machines are mobilized to destroy whoever the Democrats pick in 2020.
Divorce your Republican husbands. Jill Filipovic (@JillFilipovic) September 28, 2018
Misogyny is a feature of the Republican Party, not a bug. Trump isnt an aberration. Kavanaugh isnt an aberration. These are men who stand credibly accused of doing terrible things to women, put in positions of power so they can do terrible things to women. Jill Filipovic (@JillFilipovic) September 28, 2018
Good to see theyre handling it well Cameron Gray (@Cameron_Gray) September 28, 2018
I ignored the first tweet because it was merely very dumb, but try wrapping your head around the implications of the third. pic.twitter.com/U1o01RWsz0 Alex "Squee" Griswold (@HashtagGriswold) September 28, 2018
Good morning to women only. Jessica Valenti (@JessicaValenti) September 27, 2018 For Jill Filipovic, contributing op-ed writer for The New York Times, she had a rather unhinged proposal for women: divorce your Republican husbands. Truth be told, Im a fan of Filipovic. I like her writing, even though I disagree with everything she says. Shes a good window into the feminist Left.
Also, before our side gets all worked up, this is what the Left does. They peddle bull crap on social media that's so far out there, they make you wonder if a sane person thinks like this. Well, she doesapparentlybut not before expressing satisfaction that her tweet irritated the Right.
Whatever, folkswe won, and they lost. Leave it at that. You dont need to respond to every liberal on social media who dishes out half-baked nonsense. We won, they lost, and you all got owned. I dont need to have an in-depth discussion. That right is reserved for the winners circle. Kavanaugh is on the Court, and there is nothing you can do about it. So, when some lefty tries to troll, just say, yeah, well we have the fifth vote that will make abortion illegal.
Remember, this isnt a serious debate. Just poke and prod to get those liberal blood pressures upand watch the show. Theyll scream. And after all that, just say "Keep America Great 2020" and shotgun a beer.
I like beer. Repeat one more time, and then walk away. Lick those wounds you liberal loser. And when Ruth Bader Ginsburg decides its time to leave, prepare for another conservative catholicAmy Coney Barrettto take her place. Now, that is a major middle finger to liberal Americaand I very much look forward to the day where we can deliver it with pride in our MAGA gear.
lol you guys are so mad at this tweet ?????? Jill Filipovic (@JillFilipovic) September 28, 2018
(That tweet was nonsensical because I as writing it in taxi between interviews, but you get the point. You dont deserve a female partner if you support men who mistreat women - personally or politically). Jill Filipovic (@JillFilipovic) September 28, 2018
Or if you really want to punish them.
Stay with them.
And do what? Marry a soy boy? Become a lesbian? Join a convent??
So “feminists” believe they own other women and can order them to do anything they want.
What husbands, they left these man hating shrews long ago.
That is exactly right
Maine coons I happen to LOVE kitties
So feminists believe they own other women and can order them to do anything they want.
Why yes..... yes they do! Laughing all the way..
I LOVE my Republican Hubby and we’ve been 50 years and still strong. And conservatives are always happy ... demonrats are always angry. So be it.
Amen
Husbanks may not be that unhappy at this.
Yes yes and yes to all that you said. My dear wife has put up with ramblings for 40 years now and it dont seem like she’s ready to quit yet. Conservative people, mostly, are far happier than lefties, even moreso if they are church goers.
If she’d divorce you over politics then you don’t want her anyway. Good riddance.
Think any women will take her advice? I’ll bet not.
That's WAY more true than most American men realize. There's women all over the world that would LOVE to come over and take their places.
Great,MORE immigrants.
.
President Trump’s mother, current wife and first wife came here as immigrants. So did Ted Cruz’s parents, Marco Rubio’s parents, Nikki Haley’s parents and Jeb Bush’s wife.
I KNOW that-—so did my mother and both of my in-laws-—I was joshing about guys who want to bring brides here.
