Alabama governor plans to vote for Moore even though ‘I have no reason to disbelieve’ accusers

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey (R) said Friday she still plans to vote for GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore, despite the mounting sexual misconduct allegations leveled against him.

"I believe in the Republican Party, what we stand for, and most important, we need to have a Republican in the United States Senate to vote on things like the Supreme Court justices, other appointments the Senate has to confirm and make major decisions,” Ivey said at a Thanksgiving turkey pardon event, according to AL.com. “So that's what I plan to do, vote for Republican nominee Roy Moore."

Ivey also told reporters she had no reason to disbelieve the allegations against Moore.

"I certainly have no reason to disbelieve any of them," she said. "The timing is a little curious. But at the same time, I have no reason to disbelieve them."

Ivey said earlier this week that she wouldn’t change her vote and would “hold [her] judgement until we get more of the facts” following allegations that Moore had a sexual encounter with a minor when he was in his 30s.

Multiple women have accused Moore of sexual misconduct in recent weeks, including one woman who accused him of sexually assaulting her when she was 16 and another who said Moore initiated a sexual encounter with her when she was 14 and he was 32.

Moore has repeatedly denied the allegations, calling them politically motivated and pointing to his 40 year career.

Republican leaders in Congress, including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), have called on Moore to exit the race, and the Republican National Committee cut off fundraising ties to Moore’s campaign this week.

But Moore has vowed he won’t step down from the race, instead calling on McConnell to step down.

On Thursday, Ivey shot down the option to delay the special election in December that had been floated by advisers to McConnell.

People are sick and tired of the leftists using the decency of the American voters to twist politics against American interests.

Democrats faked a yearbook, forged Roy Moore’s signature and paid several women to lie against Moore and Trump

The media and democrats are doing a coup in Alabama

Democrats are pure evil and they are all marxists.

. This election in Alabama means as many as 3 supreme court nominees

This isn’t about any allleged sexual behavior but it’s about democrats turning America into socialist Venezuela. The Stakes couldn’t be higher.

And Roy Moore is innocent. Democrats are liars.

The evil DNC/RINO anti-Moore consortium will continue to produce false witnesses who sell their souls for a quick buck. The testimonials of the good witness women who defend Judge Moore and the mall manager who exposed the mall lie should be faxed, emailed, handed out and posted on bulletin boards and the like all over Alabama.

But I have no doubt DNC/RINOs have more tricks up their sleeves. On election day hordes of left wing activists will be working to destroy ballots and do whatever election mischief they can. This will probably be an all DNC operation with the blessing of the RINOs who will look the other way with noses high in the air.

The Alabama GOP should put out a clarion call for volunteer poll watchers and get them trained up and ready.

No reason to disbelieve accusers?

How about a fake yearbook and forged signature is the “evidence” ?

Poor Judge Moore doesn’t know how to get the word out on the fake yearbook. Trump would say something outlandish on Twitter then get the pertinent info out there when all gathered to crucify him.

But that’s not Moore.

That’s why Trump is a billionaire and the best ever.

But we need Moore to win. The Stakes couldn’t be higher . 3 Supreme court nominees could be affected.

Then we need to find ways to get the fake yearbook out there. Is it true there’s no road behind that diner, was there ever?

The media will never report, Hannity’s so full of himself he can’t help anyone else, where do we turn?

If Trump finds about the fake yearbook and takes the risk of tweeting that for Moore we win. Need to tweet to Trump.

There’s no reason to not believe the accusers, except for motive and timing.

“There’s no reason to not believe the accusers, except for motive and timing.”

3. the attorney
4. refusal to subject the ‘evidence’ for inspection
5. the length of time since the supposed ‘events’
6. the continuous stonewalling of Trump’s nominees becomes even more effective if Democrats can flip this seat

Never Trumpers and drive by media radio talk hosts are having a field day ignoring the fact that all of the accusers were of the age of legal consent. Including the one claiming when 14 years old. For her accusations are the juiciest. Which they gleefully relate and dwell on in a touchy feel-ly manner as if it came off of a police report yesterday. Not as a unsubstantiated recollection from 40 years ago. Because they know these are damaging accusations which will be almost impossible to disprove.

Despite that fact that it has been uncovered that two of his accusers are working for the Perversion Party and that their accusations are false and politically motivated. The drivebys and the nevers media are not reporting this but are mentioning one accuser is a “Republican” .

Here is background on two accusers. One works for the perverts that one knows the one who claimed she was 14. But was actually 17 at the time? http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3603606/posts
Latest charge : Grad book signature a forgery;
someone named Roy signed it Moore’s last name was added to it. Moore’s legal secretary verified Moore’s signature by placing her initials DA, on his rulings http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3605761/posts

Has the same non-reason to disbelieve Moore - there’s the rub that makes Dems insane (along with the McConnell butt boys) - treat the accused and the accuser with the same amount of credibility until such time as evidence surfaces.

I cannot vote for Roy Moore—but Would if I could .The Republicans want me to align with them — My response is Funding Republicans who have rejected all logic in a rush to do their little ZIPPO RAID on Roy Moore’s House (AL and the campaign for Senator) would be funding their bad behavior. Both Party need to be penalized for their actions in this State election process. But most of America does not Care about principled/ Moral leadership.

No reason to believe them either. Evidence, if any, coming from people that I don’t know or trust.

They don’t want a government of the people for the people, they want a government of the elites, for the elites. Roy Moore Senator, Mitch McConnell dumbass...

Moore and the "accusers" were in Gadsden Alabama at the time. Gadsden is currently a city of about 35,000. It was likely about 10 to 20 thousand population at the time. This is the size of the city I grew up in. I'm about the same age a he is, so I know what it was like then. Moore graduated from high school, went to West Point, spent his required time in the military (some of it in the Vietnam War), returned to the US to go to law school, and finally returned to Gadsden. He was now in his 30s and unmarried.

I suspect he dated, or attempted to date most any available person he met, and never asked for an ID. He doesn't seem to be into the bar scene type, so that would leave few other options.

Of the five accusers, no sex was even accused by any of them. The "yearbook" one is demonstrated to be a liar. Three of the remaining four were well over the age of consent.

To me, that leaves only the "14 year old" as problematic. There are inconsistencies in her story. The missing phone in her room is important. Other parts of her story are inconsistent with her mother's recollection, as well. She has also had a very inconsistent lifestyle in the intervening four decades. I place her in the category of having unreliable recollections, easily led by reporters hostile to Moore even to the point of mixing up recollections of other boyfriends, and possibly opportunistic to the point of being susceptible to "convenient" memories.
