President Donald Trump will get crushed by any Democrat running against him in the 2020 presidential election, a poll released Thursday indicated. Asked whether they would vote for Trump or a hypothetical Democratic candidate in the next election, just 36 percent in the Politico/Morning Consult poll said they would vote to give the president a second term. That compared with 46 percent who indicated they would vote for Trump’s Democratic opponent, whoever that may be. A further 18 percent said they remained undecided.

The poll, conducted on the eve of the anniversary of the 2016 election, offers further bad news for Trump: Eight percent of those who voted for him a year ago said they would support a Democrat in 2020. In contrast, three percent of those who voted for Hillary Clinton in November 2016 said they would switch to casting their ballot for Trump come the next vote for president.
Indeed, Democrats appear to be more steadfast in backing someone from their own party than Republicans when it comes to Trump. Eighty-four percent of Democrats said they would vote for the candidate from their own party in 2020, compared with 74 percent who said they would support the current Republican president....

1 year ago these same idiots claimed he was getting “crushed”, “destroyed”, “slaughtered”, by Hillary in the polls and that he didn’t stand a snowball’s chance in Hell of winning.
I still don’t get tired of hearing their crying about her losing.
The democrats have no viable candidate. They posses only radical leftists clowns and the contituency for that is very limited. Trump has emerged in only one year as the greatest president in decades. I fully expect him to win all 50 sates in a landslide of epic proportions.

CNN says there is no path, NO POSSIBLE SCENARIO, in which Trump wins.
In fact, the NYTimes and Nate Silver/538 estimates there is a 97.3% chance of Hillary! Becoming our next President!
I think that’s too ambitious, but I think he will win the same 30 states he won in 2016 and add a few more, maybe 32 or 33 states.

Republicans make up roughtly 45 percent of the electorate, so they are seriously under-represented here. Also, a fair number did not vote for president in 2012 and 2016, so those are throwaways as well.
Newsweek was bankrupt. Its parent company has kept it alive. Newsweek has no teeth. They lack real journalists and editors who are not on Soros' payroll.
You cannot trust Newsweek anymore.
The unnamed Democrat when we know who it is, may well have baggage, or be too liberal, or have skeletons in the closet.
Remember that Trump will also have a four year track record, and that will be a big factor. The dynamic of re-election campaigns often revolve around judgement of the incumbent.
