HILLARY Clinton “faked a smile” and suppressed her “anger” when she was forced to concede defeat to Donald Trump after his meteoric rise to the Presidency, a tell-all book has claimed.
The former Secretary of State seemed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory when she lost the electoral college, and with it the Presidency, to Washington outsider Donald Trump.
Now a salacious book has claimed the Democrat’s rage “touched every nerve of her body” after being ordered by Barack Obama to admit defeat.
The book ‘Shattered: Inside Hillary Clinton’s Doomed Election Campaign’ claims President Obama implored the first female nominee to lead the US “to make it abundantly clear to the public that she wasn’t going to fight the result”.
With the fallen Presidential favourite ready to concede, campaign vice chair Huma Abedin rang the former property mogul who defied the odds.
The book notes: “Kellyanne Conway picked up Huma Abedin’s call and handed her phone to Trump.
“Hillary took Huma’s phone and faked a smile with her voice.
“‘Congratulations, Donald,’ she said, suppressing the anger that touched every nerve in her body....

We'd have had a President with a well-known track record of corruption and vindictiveness who felt that no law applied to her, and with the current Congress populated by Republican invertebrates she'd have gotten away with absolutely anything that popped into her head. Scary stuff.
Gotta wonder if The Donald ddn’t have all his calls taped. He wouldn’t at this point have that call published. I’m sure she was as cold to him as she could be. Not that she knows anything else. She’s just a cold person.
