John McCain was born in Panama but nobody seriously questioned his eligibility to run for President.
George Romney was a front runner in the 1968 Republican primaries, and was born in Mexico of American parents. Nobody seriously questioned his eligibility, or sought to keep him off the election ballot.
Ted Cruz is an American citizen based on his mother’s American citizenship. He did not have to go through the naturalization process to become a citizen. Thus, many believe he is a natural born citizen based on that.
Have the courts ever tackled a case dealing with the definition of a “natural born citizen”?
Obama’s only claim to eligibility is that he had one parent who was a US citizen.
Cruz meets that criteria.
Case closed.

Ted Cruz had full American citizenship from birth.
Congress actually “approved” McCain’s eligibility because he was born on a US military base. Don’t tell me these people aren’t pre-selected. This was also done because they knew Obama would be running. If it got to hot McCain’s eligibility would make Obama’s INeligibility a moot issue. See how it works?

Yeah he had full dual citizenship and renounced the Canadian citizenship.

That is exactly the point. The only way to beat liberals is to beat them at their own game.
If they object to Ted Cruz then rub Shitbama in their nose. They can’t complain about Obama they can’t complain about Cruz. It would be an object lesson on why you need to follow the rules.
Both parents must be the citizens of, and the birth must take place in the concerned country, assuming that the citizenship inherited by this child and the loyalty are never changed ever after.
That’s not the US Constitution. Or are you saying it is?
