If they object to Ted Cruz then rub Shitbama in their nose. They can’t complain about Obama they can’t complain about Cruz. It would be an object lesson on why you need to follow the rules.

Liberals care nothing for precedent if it does not profit their cause. If we PROVE that Obama IS INELIGIBLE to be President RIGHT NOW, what good will it do? The legalities would take more than 13 months and end with it being declared a moot case.

As for complaining about Sen Cruz, they DON'T CARE that Obama would be a precedent (not the same but just for the argument!) they would just give that old Clinton meme - "that was then this is now!"

The problem with Obama was more that he was adopted and changed his name in Indonesia and ( I believe) changed citizenship. When did he become American again? When did his name change back to BO? Did he apply for school as a foreign student? There are lot's of problems with BO other than his BC. The BC issue has been argued to death and believe what you will, all you need to be president is one American parent,.....PERIOD! Trying to go back to the original intent of the Founders has been thrown in the ditch. Everything changed after the Civil War. No one running for president after the first few years were born with parents from England. Would someone born in Alabama from 1861-1865 be able to run for POTUS? The 14th Amendment addressed the problem of slaves being here without BC's. There has been a lot of water under the bridge since the original intent.

Now a new question,.... If we passed a law to make both parents have to be citizens, is it just a law or is it a Constitutional change taking 3/4 of the states? The original intent basically says that, but it seems to have been changed.
