New swing state polls are out today from Rasmussen and We Ask America, all taken yesterday after the first Presidential debate. In Rasmusssen surveys, Romney is up 1
in Virginia (he had been down 1) , up 2 in Floria (he has been down 2) and down 1 in Ohio (same as before)
We Ask America has Romney up 3 in Virginia (last survey had Obama up 3), up 1 in Ohio (first survey in this cycle for the state), and up 3 in Florida (last survey had Obama up 3).
The average of the surveys from the two polls in each of the three most critical swing states puts Romney up 2 in Virginia, up 2.5% in Florida, and even in Ohio.
A new Gravis poll has Obama up 1 in Nevada, another swing state....

Expect the hate to be ratcheted up to new levels, very quickly. A LOT of Obama worshippers are shocked/angry about what happened at the debate. And a lot of those are mentally ill.
At the risk of sounding overconfident, a Romney “win” in the next debate could initiate a used-lunchmeat condition in our favorite little Marxist. Lots of undecideds, apparently, are deciding.
I think the only one that believed the 7.8% was The Won.
Anybody who would support Obunghole; or any other democrap socialist is mentally ill.
Nothing new there.
Even my brother, who voted Democrat in 2008 and is always defending the Marxist prick, came home tonight and said the jobs report was total BS..and I was shocked. No one with a brain actually believes the jobs report #, everyone knows the books were cooked
Has anyone but me absolutely had it with the media? I don’t blame 0bama & the left (scorpions sting). I blame the media. They have utterly discredited themselves.
Look to the dawn on the third day.
Look to the hills from whence our help comes, our help comes from the LORD...
Yes, but anyone can see that the tide is turning and no matter what they say or do it will look like they are desperate.
I think (I hope) we’re already there (or very close).
Any state where Romney is within 3 points on election day is going to be a Romney win.
True!
Why is Obama spending time in California (Hispanic rally) today? Maybe he just needs a big crowd to perform in front of regardless of the Electoral College aspect.
Bingo.
Regardless of whether they are accurate or not, they are completely disconnected from economic issues in one critical respect. They don't adequately measure the employment situation for the one person who really counts in this election season: each and every individual voter.
There's simply no way for a political candidate to spin a strong employment report for someone who is still unemployed, a sound economy for someone who is having trouble paying for necessities that are getting increasingly expensive, etc. As one Freeper astutely noted a few weeks ago, even people on welfare and people collecting Social Security Disability checks have to buy gas and groceries.
