Here's the thing about unemployment figures ...
Regardless of whether they are accurate or not, they are completely disconnected from economic issues in one critical respect. They don't adequately measure the employment situation for the one person who really counts in this election season: each and every individual voter.
There's simply no way for a political candidate to spin a strong employment report for someone who is still unemployed, a sound economy for someone who is having trouble paying for necessities that are getting increasingly expensive, etc. As one Freeper astutely noted a few weeks ago, even people on welfare and people collecting Social Security Disability checks have to buy gas and groceries.

Folks ?
Remember not so long ago how the main stream media went all Benghazi ( for those in Rio Linda, that means, going crazy, ruffled feathers, went ape-crap ) when they heard Romney talk about how there was 47% dependent on welfare, food stamps, dependent on government ? and how they wanted so badly to pretend that the number of those dependent on government was actually lower ?
Well then...... IF ? the new faked but accurate unemployment numbers reflect reality ? would not also ? the 47 % number be lower to ?
