Studding out the dog this week, he is a very happy and tired doggie...
Most males on this forum wish to elucidate that they certainly envy your dog's job this week and consider it unfair discrimination that humans use "banks" for that purpose!

If I were Secretary of State, I'd be going from mosque to mosque, and anytime some noodnick starts
elucidating the finer points of jihad, I'd break out my handy dandy:

Not so fast - how do you know the dogs he's been with aren't skanks? The croqs are probably envious of the quantity -- not the quality -- that he was getting.

i guess CS will have to speak to how they were dressed... on a similar note though... while in upstate NY, we stayed a hotel (that permitted dogs) and yesterday AM i sent xsboy and xsbrownie down to take the dog out to do his potty thing. a few minutes later the phone rings, and i am sure it is the front desk saying the dog pooped in the lobby and for me to please come and clean it. Instead it was a hotel guest that identified herself, said she ran into my kids and my dog in the lobby and she just fell in love with the dog, and wanted to know what breed, where i got him etc. It was so wild. When we were having breakfast downstairs she came and introduced herself etc. and we chatted. Xs2pup has an adoring public : )

"adoring public"???? LOL!!!!!
Not to change the subject, but I will.
Forget about the driver's license and the voter registration card and the state resident fishing license - I now really and truly feel that I am a Virginia resident - I got a library card!!!!!

thanks, HD. This one is definitely a keeper. For one thing, we got in after midnight on Fri PM. i had no idea if the hotel permitted dogs, so i left the pup in his crate in the SUV. it was a nice balmy night, perfectly safe. First thing when we woke up on Sat AM, xshub said to me "i hope your dog is ok"> i said i am sure he is. he said, why don't you go and get him. i said i wasn't sure if they permitted dogs, he said smuggle him in, in my sweatshirt. Now, that anecdote alone is pretty mindboggling. Also, the pup didn't have a single accident the entire weekend, not at the hotel, nor at my FIL's house, nor in the vehicle. he was the model of good behavior all weekend long.
