The President has left for his Africa trip amidst the Dem's summer of discontent.

In local news, a couple was arrested over the weekend for starting fireworks in their home...

I'm afraid we may be back to the drawing boards!

For some reason or other, the vestry found something "wrong" with each candidate we offered. I was amazed, and more than a little miffed, as we spend considerably more time with each candidate - and each candidates proffer - than they did and we didn't find anything objectionable. Of course, we preferred one over the other two, but that's normal.

Waiting to hear what they have in store for us next.

I have had the weather on. Tornado at the Speedway was way north and west of us. There is another set of storms south of us, but they are not heading this way. The Coopster just left a bit ago and we checked the radar before he left.

I was on the Indy Tornado thread ......and someone started with the jokes and I mentioned that we have freepers living in the area to knock it off. Then this sick freeper posts that after the tornado maybe we don't any freepers living there.....sick.

Our buddy Miss Marple lives in that area and some sick butthole just wished her harm..

We have a basement, and I have a weather alert system on my computer. Thanks for the worrying, but we will be fine. After last fall, I pay attention to all storm warnings.

Right now, everything has passed us and it is simply drizzling.

Earlier this afternoon we had monsoon-style rains. The mushrooms are sprouting even as we speak.

Whoa there was DNA found(HAIR) in that cell Scott Spiecher was held in....the one with his initials MSS.....test are being done now to confirm it came from him..
