A persistent protester who recently was arrested for scaling the front gate of the White House

This Diane Wilson, 54yrs, from Seadrift, Tx. once climbed the fence of Union Carbide and climbed a tower.
She was protesting air pollution or something. My husband - a supervisor - said instead of calling the police, they let her stay up there in the near 100 digree heat for a number of hours!!
Strangely, she has the same name as the county clerk at Fort Bend!!

Yes she does have the same name, interesting but means nothing I suppose. I found a picture of her on the net showing the tower and a banner she had drapped from the ladder she had climbed up..... She has ties to some different protest groups. Different info on the net about her escapdes.

It’s not going to “disappear.” Besides, I can vouch for the personal honesty and character of the Fort Bend County Clerk. She, although a Republican, would not destroy any document for any reason, even under threat of bodily harm or bribes. I’m a Democrat but I would trust her with my life. I’ve had the lawsuit posted on my website since last Friday, but without a front door link to it because I was trying to get ahold of Margie. I shared the “secret” link with close friends only. I provided a public link to it on Monday night, after repeated messages to Ms. Schoedinger’s answering machine went unanswered.
The newspaper I work for will do a serious front-page story on the lawsuit. I, of course, will more than likely do a column about it. I do humor.
While the lawsuit is serious and is very real, I can assure you that Ms. Schoedinger has – how shall I say this? – okay, she’s about two tacos short of a combination platter.
I have had a lawyer look at it. I’ve been sleeping with one for 32 years. (Please don’t tell my Momma; she thinks he’s a circus clown. I wanted her to think I married well.)
By the way, Susan G. Lowery is the County Court JUDGE. It’s not use to call her because, by law, she cannot comment on the case.
Also, I kinda resent someone saying “BTW, a reporter from a podunk Texas news org requested copies of the petition and subpoena back on 12/6.”
I’m sorry if I caused some unnecessary excitement, but I’ll be darned if we’re podunk. We’ve been the only newspaper in Texas with the guts to take on Tom DeLay.
