Quote from Michael Moore's site quoting a DU posting from the reporter who 'broke' the story:

Pull in on them reins. Youve got it floored in neutral, Darlins.
My name is Susan DuQuesnay and I broke the story on my website. I know I broke it because I was the first to know about it. I work for a newspaper in Fort Bend County (home of Hot Tub Tom DeLay) as a political humorist. (As you can guess, my jobs rather easy.) Last Thursday a snitch I have at the courthouse called me about the filing because they thought I would enjoy it, being as how I write Texas humor.

The following day, Friday, I sent a reporter to the courthouse to get a hard copy of the suit. I still have the hard copy. Its not going to disappear. Besides, I can vouch for the personal honesty and character of the Fort Bend County Clerk. She, although a Republican, would not destroy any document for any reason, even under threat of bodily harm or bribes. Im a Democrat but I would trust her with my life. If anyone of you wants a hard copy of the lawsuit, email me at the email address at my website and Ill send you a copy.
Ive had the lawsuit posted on my website since last Friday, but without a front door link to it because I was trying to get ahold of Margie. I shared the secret link with close friends only. I provided a public link to it on Monday night, after repeated messages to Ms. Schoedingers answering machine went unanswered.
The newspaper I work for will do a serious front-page story on the lawsuit. I, of course, will more than likely do a column about it. I do humor.
While the lawsuit is serious and is very real, I can assure you that Ms. Schoedinger has how shall I say this? okay, shes about two tacos short of a combination platter.
I have had a lawyer look at it. Ive been sleeping with one for 32 years. (Please dont tell my Momma; she thinks hes a circus clown. I wanted her to think I married well.)
By the way, Susan G. Lowery is the County Court JUDGE. Its not use to call her because, by law, she cannot comment on the case.
Also, I kinda resent someone saying BTW, a reporter from a podunk Texas news org requested copies of the petition and subpoena back on 12/6.
Im sorry if I caused some unnecessary excitement, but Ill be darned if were podunk. Weve been the only newspaper in Texas with the guts to take on Tom DeLay.
