Three elderly people were found dead in a bloody scene at a New Jersey home after a postal worker discovered a chilling note on the front door, according to authorities.
The three bodies were tragically discovered at a home in Mount Holly on Friday, the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office announced in a Facebook post.
A postal worker called cops after finding a note on the front door indicating that 911 should be called, according to prosecutors.
The disturbing note, which was heavily taped to the door, read “9-1-1 Inside” with horrifying drawings of two unhappy faces with ‘X’s for eyes, photos showed.
One neighbor told The Post that cops said the bodies were found amidst a significant amount of blood.

Postal delivery people are a point of contact for many people, and it cuts both ways. I have a relative who was a carrier for a long career, and he saved 4 lives (CPR) in the course of his work (discovering people in distress as he delivered, noticing details that broke a long pattern, leading to rescue, etc.) This one is not so good.
Dexter Morgan just did that sort of note on a building entrance with someone he killed (without the faces or “X”’s for eyes) on Dexter Resurrection last week. Never seen that before now. Almost looks like a copy cat.

Looks like the darker side of Mt Holly but the note suggests otherwise. “Inside” was not misspelled.
Usually is collage age males who went out drinking, their bodies are found in water.
But we all get old. Maybe they have switched to old people.

Friend of my brother’s and me committed suicide. He didn’t answer the phone messages and so living near him I was elected to go see what was up.
When I got there he had written a note, ‘Don’t go inside. Dead guy’ but instead of finding him inside he had left and killed himself off in a remote wash in the mountains.
How would they know unless they know it was a murder-suicide.
That would make sense of the note at the door, even of its having only two victims indicated.

True. I remember that serial killer. The elderly are much easier to target…..they should all have guns.
And do police really think there’s no threat to anyone else?
If so, why?
How long does it take to rule out someone killing three with one looking like a suicide.
