WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congresswoman Ilhan Omar reportedly held a lengthy phone call with former President Barack Obama on Tuesday, during which she inquired whether or not he still had the number for that birth certificate guy.

You don’t need a “birth certificate guy” because one doesn’t have to exist. You just need a state like Hawaii to tell everyone that they have one on record but not let it be inspected.
