KIM Jong-un is in a coma after suffering a brain haemorrhage, according to wild internet claims.
Social media users claim the North Korean tyrant was rushed to a Chinese hospital for urgent treatment following the severe bleed.
It is said he was taken out of the country due to the poor medical facilities in Pyongyang.
According to online speculation, Kim was taken to the Peking Union Medical College in Beijing where he underwent emergency treatment.
He was last seen touring a defence museum at an undisclosed location in Pyongyang on October 11.
North Korea analyst Benedict Rogers said he expected the regime to release evidence of Kim’s well being amid unverified claims of his death – and said similar rumours have swirled in the past.

Good thing for him they just opened a bridge between NKorea and China.
Nothing Mr. Mataz couldn’t handle.
It’s hard to know, but Xi may also be having serious health problems in China.
I think the world will look very different in the next few years.
She is apparently way worse.
If Kim Jong-un were suddenly unable to rule North Korea today, there is no publicly confirmed successor who is guaranteed to take over.
The key distinction is between a formal successor, a person who could serve as a temporary leader, and whoever actually wins control of the country’s military and ruling Workers’ Party.
Kim Ju-ae, Kim Jong-un’s daughter, is currently the leading candidate to succeed him, based on South Korea’s intelligence assessment reported on February 12, 2026. South Korea’s National Intelligence Service said North Korea appeared to have entered the stage of designating her as successor.
Other possibilities include:
- Kim Yo-jong — Kim Jong-un’s sister, an influential party official who could be a contender for interim leadership.
- A senior party or military figure — someone who could take control temporarily if Kim died unexpectedly, particularly if his daughter is still too young to rule.
The crucial distinction is that Kim Ju-ae is the apparent heir, not a guaranteed immediate replacement. North Korea has no publicly established succession process that guarantees a smooth transfer of power. The military and ruling party would be central to determining who actually governs.
Many will Die and it will be Fun
Sometimes tyrants have used this disinformation trick to smoke out any disloyals within their regime who look to try and maneuver for control.
Exactly what Mao Tse-Tung did before The Cultural Revolution.
I’m booking my professional mourner in advance. If you wait too long the price goes sky high.
No way she can hold onto power. North Korea is still a patriarchal society. A woman would not be able to lead.
She looks like a massage parlor employee on the 28th day.
Sister leader just as wack or worse?
“I don’t like the way you looked at me so off with your head” eyes.
