JUST IN: Biden Judge Orders Immediate Halt to Trump Ads After Trump Says He'll Pay for Them Himself
The Gateway Pundit ^ | October 11, 2026 | Jordan Conradson

A Biden-appointed judge has ruled that the Trump Administration must cease the production and airing of government-funded advertisements ahead of the midterms.

In other words, Trump can no longer promote the United States of America or his administration in government-funded ads.

The Department of Homeland Security told the court last night that there were “no plans” to air additional ads, while asking the judge to reject the request by progressive groups for an emergency order to block the ads.

Still, U.S. District Judge Jennifer Rochon ordered the Trump Administration to stop using DHS funds to create or disseminate the ads and to cancel any upcoming ad slots for a two-week duration as court proceedings continue.

The ads, which came under fire last week, feature Trump's statements about draining the swamp, ridding the government of Communists, and liberating America "from these villains once and for all." The White House has described the campaign as "educational and unapologetically patriotic" public service announcements, aimed at "reminding Americans to love their country and understand what makes it worth defending, at home, at our borders, and abroad."

"This is the final battle. With you at my side. We will demolish the deep state. We will expel the war mongers from our government. We will drive out the globalists, we will cast out the Communists, Marxists, and Fascists. We will throw off the sick political class that hates our country. We will rout the fake news media, and we will liberate America from these villains once and for all," Trump says in one of the ads.

At the end of the ad, a disclaimer reads: “Paid for by the U.S. Government.”

WATCH:

Previously, Trump said that he would "gladly" pay for the ads himself.

"Well, I'm not running for office, first of all, and so the ads are, you know, given by me, but I'm not running for office, and I don't talk about anybody," he told reporters last month in the Oval Office.

I don’t have a problem with this. I wish the order extended to the other elected officials who send me those large post card that try to tell me what a great job they are doing.

” The White House has described the campaign as “educational and unapologetically patriotic” public service announcements, aimed at “reminding Americans to love their country and understand what makes it worth defending, at home, at our borders, and abroad.”

that is the honest truth.

Think about how much govt money has been spent on lies and manipulation.

It’s Indigenous Peoples Day, so the judge should not be working. Of course, the revolution is more important than a holiday for Indi-supposedly native people.

The Left: “the press should have free access to the White House because of the first amendment.”
Also the Left: “the White House must be censored.”

On the other hand, it set the stage for affecting future govt propaganda. Everything has good points and bad points.

think about applying this to all the covid advertising.

The system is complicated, it never settles on just one data point.

Doublethink means the power of holding two contradictory beliefs in one’s mind simultaneously, and accepting both of them.”
― George Orwell, 1984

“The Ministry of Peace concerns itself with war, the Ministry of Truth with lies, the Ministry of Love with torture and the Ministry of Plenty with starvation. These contradictions are not accidental, nor do they result from from ordinary hypocrisy: they are deliberate exercises in doublethink”
― George Orwell, 1984

“To know and not to know, to be conscious of complete truthfulness while telling carefully constructed lies, to hold simultaneously two opinions which cancelled out, knowing them to be contradictory and believing in both of them, to use logic against logic, to repudiate morality while laying claim to it, to believe that democracy was impossible and that the Party was the guardian of democracy, to forget whatever it was necessary to forget, then to draw it back into memory again at the moment when it was needed, and then promptly to forget it again: and above all, to apply the same process to the process itself — that was the ultimate subtlety: consciously to induce unconsciousness, and then, once again, to become unconscious of the act of hypnosis you had just performed. Even to understand the word ‘doublethink’ involved the use of doublethink.”

Oh, sorta touting, despite ball boys obamski’s explanation, that the U.S. actually is exceptional and we SHOULD be proud.

President Trump is well within his rights and responsibilities to use allocated funding to pay for ads that promote the GOP agenda.

Judicial tyranny is the greatest threat to the U.S.

And, the media are still censoring free speech, as we can see here, conspiring with lefty, terrorist judges to pull it off.

They are not ads. They are public service announcements set to stir positive emotion with the public.
