Tillamook dairy products are great .. we love their cream cheese. Hard to find around these parts, though.
And, they have a reserve block cheese that still uses the old school animal rennet. That one’s even harder to find :-(
Try the ice cream. Inexpensive and creamy.
We have! It’s delish. But, we pretty much stay on keto ... so, (good) ice cream is off the list.
Tillamook doesn’t use emulsifiers in their ice cream (like mono and diglycerides or polysorbate 80), so that’s good.
A lot of commercially made ice creams do, these days.
Holstein, Jersey and Guernsey are dairy cattle and Santa Gertrudis, White Face Hereford, Black Angus are beef cattle.
