So funny.   All I was thinking is that people need to know the difference between a dairy cow and a beef cow.

Holstein, Jersey and Guernsey are dairy cattle and Santa Gertrudis, White Face Hereford, Black Angus are beef cattle.

I don't think you would need to know how to make a bull into a steer or how to disbud a calf.
