I don’t claim to have heard every language in the world, but personally peaking, Spanish (as it is spoken in Spain or among the more well-educated in the Latin countries and even the Philippines among some of the older folks) is the most beautiful (and romantic) of all the languages I have heard, especially when it is sung. The most unpleasant to my ear are Chinese and Vietnamese.
