Woman arrested after theft, $30K in damage at Trussville family fun center

A Trussville woman has been arrested after a theft and significant property damage at the PlayStation Family Fun Center on Watterson Lane, according to Trussville officials.
Police responded to the property Sunday evening and quickly established a perimeter. Officers also deployed a police drone, which helped track the suspect as she moved through the property, tried to hide and eventually fled through an opening in the fence.
The coordinated response led to the arrest of 40-year-old Jenna Marie Tidmore of Trussville. She is charged with theft and criminal mischief.
Officials said the crime caused an estimated $30,000 in damage and theft. Fencing, lighting and surveillance equipment were damaged, and copper wiring was removed from the property.
