Gorbachev tells his chauffeur that he he wants to drive. "It will be fun!" he says. He has too much fun driving fast and gets pulled over by the law. The Officer waves him off with only a warning. The Supervisor of the Officer asks why he did that.
' I don't know who that guy in the back was, but when I saw that Gorbachev himself was the driver I figured I better leave this one alone.'

He probably did at one time, just like in the 70’s the doomers were warning of global COOLING and an impending ice age before they switched to global warming and eventually the all encompassing man made climate change. There is climate change occuring but it’s G-D MADE climate change.
