The lineup includes new garlic-bread-crusted shrimp, shrimp linguini Alfredo, garlic shrimp scampi, Parrot Isle coconut shrimp and Walt’s Favorite Shrimp — hand-breaded, butterflied shrimp lightly fried and served with cocktail sauce.
Red Lobster closed dozens of locations nationwide in May 2024 before filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Fox News previously reported.
The company told Fox News Digital it decided to bring back Endless Shrimp because the promotion still matters enormously to its customers, who “never stopped asking for it.”
“They continued telling us they missed it, showed up when we brought it back this spring and kept asking for more after that run ended,” Red Lobster said.
“We weren’t going to walk away from something they love simply because the previous operating model did not work,” the company added. “The better answer was to fix what didn’t work and bring it back in a way that is right for our guests, our restaurant teams and the company.”
According to Red Lobster, the spring run also proved the company could bring Endless Shrimp back in a way “that delights our guests and works for our restaurant teams and our business.”
Participating locations began offering the current Endless Shrimp deal for a limited time on Aug. 17.
“Guests can mix and match five flavors endlessly throughout the meal for as much shrimp as they like, any way they like it,” Red Lobster announced in a press release.

Endless Soylent Green Shrimps!
I’m pretty sure they limit eaters to just four hours.
farm raised from Bangladesh?
Where do these shrimp come from?
What could go wrong.
Soccer fans from all over the world who visited USA were surprised at restaurant portions and all you can eat deals. No wonder there are so many obese Americans causing Medicare to go broke. I stay slim and exercise daily, and have not needed a doctor since 1990 when I had gall bladder attacks. That woke me up to change to a healthy life style. I have no health issues and medical expense in 36 years. All because of healthy lifestyle. Life is good at age 86 enjoying athletic activities and magic of compounding interest.
Absolutely...see my tagline...
it’ll all be heavily breaded, deep-fat fried, semi-toxic farmed shrimp anyway ...
guaranteed that these shrimp are semi-toxic farmed shrimp raised in mud-puddles that have been heavily doused with antibiotics and other chemicals ...
The shrimp must receive massages, and have a story read at bedtime.
And Endless Plankton on Tuesdays.
Repo Man is arguably the greatest cult film ever.
It may have the best soundtrack ever, as well.
Earlier this year, I was at a local club. One of the bands covered Secret Agent Man. While I don’t know all of the Spanish lyrics from The Plugz’s cover, when the chorus came I was singing HOM-BRRRE SA-KEHHH-TOW at the top of my lungs.
Only a few people got it. The rest? It’s their loss. Ordinary f…ing people, I hate them. See, an ordinary person spends his life avoiding tense situations. A repo man spends his life getting into tense situations.
Iggy Pop’s title track rocked.
Hmm when I was a kid 55 years ago my Mom would take me TO RL and I would get the popcorn shrimp for a few bucks while she feasted on other seafood. I was a cheap date for my mom! :-)
There are many many videos of a certain demographic who would sit at a table with ten people no one would order the all you can eat and feed the whole table. And when the manager or server would complain the whole troop would chimpout, tear the place up, and run out without paying.
The last buffet I ever went to was a buffet like that in Texas. It was horrifying. I had gone there for lunch and it was always fine. One night, we thought we would try dinner not knowing it was peeling and eat shrimp and crab leg night. I was not prepared for what I saw. Huge fat slobs parked themselves in the chair and would send their morbidly obese keeids to load up plate after plate of shrimps and legs. All the while mounds of shells were all over the table. They would lick their fingers and grab the serving tongs and that was when they actually used them. They would just grab food with their bare hands.
We walked out.
