The black judge overseeing the gang-rape cases of slain White LSU student Madison Brooks is the mother of a convicted serial rapist.
Judge Gail Ray’s son, Nelson Taylor (also black), pleaded guilty in 1997 to multiple forcible rapes of teenage girls.
SHE WAS HIS DEFENSE ATTORNEY.
Now she’s set to decide the fate of the black men accused of raping 19-year-old White girl Madison before she was dumped on a highway and killed.
Louisiana Supreme Court refused to remove her.
This is not a conflict of interest.
This is a disgrace.
Justice for Madison.
How fast do you think she’d be off the bench if the colors were reversed?

Recusal is her only option. If not, disbarment should follow.

The story of her rape and trial are just tragic. They tried to smear her and blame her. I can only think what I would do to them if I could get to them in this case.

I’d be interested to see a study instead of an anecdote. Here is an article from the extreme leftist paper “The Guardian” which says black jurors are more likely to acquit a black defendant than to acquit a white defendant, presumably all else being equal. They believe racism is a good thing in this case.

I've been re-watching the 2016 NBC series "Timeless" - a time travel sci-fi series.
I noticed in the pilot episode set during the Hindenburg disaster, when the 3 protagonists were in jail, the black is screaming "and we knew OJ did it but we didn't care".
An entertaining series but hugely detracted by its' racist black supremacism and other leftwing propaganda.
An all-white jury might help.

If the Judge was on the jury panel, they would toss her ass in a heartbeat.
