A 34-year-old UFC fighter died of a heart attack on Monday.
Flyweight fighter Allan Nascimento reportedly died in his sleep.
The São Paulo native would have turned 35 this September, ESPN Brazil reported.
"This morning, Monday, August 3rd, our beloved flyweight fighter, Allan Nascimento, was found unresponsive after suffering an apparent heart attack in his sleep. Despite the efforts of the responding medical team, he was pronounced deceased at the scene," the UFC said on Monday.
"Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Allan's family, friends, teammates, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time," the UFC said.

"Nicknamed "Puro Osso," which translates to "All Bones" because he was so lean as a teenager, Nascimento (22-7) was 4-2 in six appearances in the UFC. He signed with the promotion in 2021. Both of his losses came by split decision," ESPN reported.
"He trained out of the renowned Chute Boxe team, under head coach Diego Lima," ESPN reported.
I remember about 40 years or so ago... A young girl of 19 was on a trip for ringette (a woman’s hocky game with a ring instead of a puck) and she died in her sleep with a another young woman sleeping in the same bed. Terrible thing... Sadly, she had passed out a few months earlier while diving and had a minor accident. They did the full work up, scans, etc. and could find nothing wrong with her. They sadly missed something.
The cardiovascular system is rather complex and occasionally there’s something just waiting for the right circumstance to blow... It’s typically a quick, sudden and unexplainable death. In the 19th century they typically wrote “Died by the visitation of God”, or “Visitation by God” as a cause of death on death certificates.
Wonder how many boosters he had. Another Fauci hit. He must be so proud. Try pleading the 5th on judgement day you little punk ass weasel.

That death would have been blamed on COVID-1984 just a few years ago.
We’ll never know the true number of deaths by covid OR deaths by the shot either.
Personally speaking, I suspect as many actually died from the shot as did from the virus, if not more even.
People that died for some reason other than covid were counted as covid deaths just because they had it at the time of they died.
This particular case though, I’d suspect is cardiovascular related due to the nature of what sport this athlete was in.

Possibly, but it's also likely that the Jim Jones Jab, which is known to cause heart problems and clotting issues, caused it.
