I'll start.
Store cat food cans upside-down and it will come out easier.
Kill creepy crawlies with damp paper towel. Waggle your fingers on one side of the monster and grab it with the wet towel or tissues from the other side. It works.

At least three hours with no screens of any kind before bed.
Splurge on a mattress and nice bedding. You spend a third of your life on one.
