I think it’s eye opening in itself that the F-35’s need a fuel that can go 3500F, or whatever it was, and the US has an alloy that can stand that heat for the far longer flight time than the Chinese clone that can cannot reach that performance and needs more maintenance for every hour of flight than the F-35.

Coatings and shapes add in to it as well. Stealth aircraft are not invisible. They are low observable. They need to be accompanied by EW aircraft to have the highest chance of survival.

(1) they are indeed hard to pick up on RADAR and IR sensor platforms.
(2) when you degrade sensor platforms via EW, you have the total package.
(3) when you add in anti-radiation munitions ...
