Not good. Lots of KIA cars on the road. I’ve been in a couple of rentals on vacation. They were very nice.
That’s one reason I prefer older cars. No power windows. No power seats. No computer gizmos. Just reliable transportation.
And to cool you down, just pop open a vent window.
I do not need another car at present.
However, some people are going to obtain a very nice car at a discount price, for a glitch which has a very simple and cheap fix.
I truly believe car makers have forgotten how to make cars.
Cars of the 80’s and 90’s are far more dependable than new cars today.
Actually, they haven’t forgotten anything. They are deliberately and purposefully building crap so buyers spend more money on repairs and are forced to buy new cars in 4-5 years because the old ones are irreparable.
We Americans need to quit buying into their trickery. Keep your 20 year old cars. Spending $60,000 for a car that spends most of it’s time in a shop waiting on parts that are on back order is insane.
I thought about buying a Telluride about 2 years ago. Glad I didn’t. Was tempted though. They look great and the price is reasonable.

My buddy bought a brand new Chevy Vega in 1974. Am/FM radio with a built in 8-track player in the dash! The tranny went after one month. Nothing but the best!

These modern engineers don’t deserve to have jobs. I mean they don’t know how to properly fuse a circuit ? There was another such case just recently, Jeep Wranglers Causing fires because their EPS is not fused properly. How dumb can you be.
We had two KIA Optimas and both starting basically falling apart after about 80K miles. Worthless junk. Now we have a Toyota that has been perfect so far.
Kia doesn’t stand for Killed In Automobile like the teenages call them.
