Last week, Anthony Fauci notified us that he will not voluntarily testify before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, even though he had previously agreed to do so. Therefore, today we have issued a subpoena for him to publicly testify.

This puts Fauci in a predicament?
Finally. He has “immunity”. He cannot refuse to testify. Will he content that the autopen immunity is not valid? That would be a take.
Fauci is my prime suspect for whoever came up with the idea of creating a virus to steal a Presidential elect. Of course the coup plotters gave him a pardon!

It was literally germ warfare that started in China. Giving aid and comfort to an enemy in a time of war is the very definition of treason. They clearly intended to make their coup permanent. If not for two of the enemies own Senators America would be a dictorship today. Most Americans have no idea of how close America came to losing it all.
Fauci likely has all the paperwork showing his actions were completely approved at the highest levels in the U.S. government - and I don’t mean Jao Bai-din.
Can’t they just hang him first and then try him? Just make an exception? He’s responsible for millions of deaths if he had a hand in creating that virus and then releasing it just to get Biden elected.
My fantasy is to see Fauci turned into a human pinata.
His blanket pardon is the functional equivalent of being granted immunity to compel testimony. He cannot plead the Fifth to refuse to testify because he cannot be prosecuted for anything he admits to doing. He can, however, be prosecuted for contempt of Congress if he refuses to testify and for perjury if he lies.
