Also, they were all in Target — Pi$$ on ‘em, they made a bad moral choice and need to suffer.
I'd bet that the absence of sane, sober, moral, and prudent people (hat tip to John Correia of Active Self Protection) in stores such as Target has increased their popularity as hunting grounds for predators such as this guy. He knew his targets (women) and knew the store (Target).

The police exist largely to make sure that criminals like this are safe from the righteous anger of law-abiding citizens. If regular people did what needs to be done, society wouldn’t suffer from these animals.

I wholeheartedly agree with this point of view.
Western governments overthrew thousands of years of practice to become extremely lenient toward criminals in the late 20th Century, and this stupidity has continued into the 21st. I'm for a complete reversal of these lenient policies. Let's get back to very swift punishment for crime up to and including execution where warranted.
