The victim told the New York Police Department that she had met her attacker while out with friends about a week prior. After the pair agreed to meet up, they consumed drinks together, and the woman was ultimately sexually assaulted in the station. Following the assault, the victim fled the station and traveled on her own to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment.
