Celebrity children identify as trans and non-binary at unbelievable rates. Charlize Theron, Cynthia Nixon, Robert De Niro, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony — whose 18-year-old recently debuted a new name, changing from Emme to Oskar — are just a few of the stars with children who aren’t living as their birth sex.
There’s nothing wrong with being trans. But such an unlikely concentration in a particular community should give one pause — especially when so many of these kids began playing with gender at shockingly young ages.
In a geography where having a trans child has a tinge of chicness to it, one has to wonder: Is this partially due to social contagion? And, if so, don’t parents have a duty to their children to approach the issue of gender with compassionate skepticism?

Social conformity to be trans has morphed from the young folks to parents, amounting to actual parental encouragement for troubled youth to consider it as a “solution” to their teen mental anxieties.

It’s because candidate James Talarico told them “God is nonbinary” and they want to teach proper religious practice and faith to their children.

Just another way for has-beens to get the attention they lost.
Just like Paul Newman moved to CT. He was the biggest movie star of his time and did not want to live in Hollywood.
Whenever I think of how weird ENTERTAINERS are I think of this guy I went to high school with. He was a decent looking guy. He was an extrovert personality type. He sang in the Glee Club. He was always the “male” lead in all the school plays. At lunch he sat with all the girls that were in the chorus/drama clubs. He was probably gay. Or he was getting more tail than all the rest of us guys combined.
These are the type of guys that end up in Hollywood or in Broadway Plays. They are EXTREME EXTROVERT personality types. They are NOT normal. Why would they have normal kids.
They are all weirdos.
This goes for most musician types too. Most of them are pretty strange. Especially really good musicians.
I suspect most really good “artists” are like this way.
At least the ones I have personally met are.
That is why we really should not value their advice about anything when it comes to politics or real life situations.
They just need to SHUT UP AND SING.
because they think it will make them money
When you are raised by people who are obsessed with themselves, you’ll do extreme things to get their attention. Just my theory.
As I heard it described here’s how things work in Hollywood. ALMOST EVERYONE is replaceable. So, the powers that be take a stance, and everyone else is expected to parrot it. You have to show that you’re still “in-line” or “on the reservation” if you will to stay in good graces.
So, when the powers that be talk about trans-visibility, you have to agree, and what better way to show that you’re “down with the cause” than to have one of your kids pretend to be this?
Is it wrong? Of course it is. But that’s how hollyweird works. If you want to work, you toe the line.
Sacrificing children for the best film parts need not look like throwing them off a cliff.

Especially considering the existence of AI now.
Yet the statement was that there is nothing wrong with being trans. Well, it’s not the gender that a person was born with. What would make a person want to think this way, so it’s something that I dare say most people will not understand. It’s also very hard for me as a believer to understand why a person could not accept the way God created them.

In college and before I married, I always had a gay male friend like that.
Hooked up with some of the hottest women because of him.

That’s true if sin isn’t wrong.
“Looks like the coach is changing the line-up. He’s pulled Gossip Guy and Batman is stepping up to the plate.”
Seriously though, I wouldn’t want the carnage of ruined lives on my conscience, or lives ended by suicide that could have been prevented with responsible parenting.
This illustrates how self-centered Hollywood culture is.
