This is so true. I usually only hear about some kind of a problem when I hear about how DeSantis has taken care of it. After living most of my life in a deep blue state, I am really enjoying living in Florida with DeSantis as governor.
I am so sorry he was ridiculous in campaigning against Trump in 2020. IMHO DeSantis ruined his possibility of ever being president. If he became the nominee in 2028, too many avid Trump supporters will simply not come out to vote. This would be disastrous for not only the presidential election in 2028, but also for the down ballots as well.
Rubio should run in 2028.

I do get it and I’m hearing donors are already moving toward Rubio. Don’t be surprised if Vance doesn’t even run in 2028. Marco Rubio is certainly not going to take second seat to Vance. That’s not happening.
Vance’s refusal to make any sort of repudiation of his best buddy Tucker Carlson’s vile attacks on Trump are not going unnoticed. He’s not onboard with the Iran operation. That’s why he got shuffled off to Buffalo on a fraud task force. You didn’t see JD stepping in to handle the press briefing. No, it was the favorite who is at Trump’s elbow 24/7.
Good idea Vance is better at knowing what is required to be done and Ribio is aware of it.
