A reporter asked about his hopes for America. His answer was patriotic, optimistic, and reflective of the kind of vision Americans deserve in a future leader.

My friends it's early but there's a method to this madness. It's center stage stuff. Marco gets generous air time as a marketer of himself as well as our ideas. Keeps interest up just like the NFL offseason-you know-the Draft in April-schedule release in May. I don't think he'll do it again as he's busy but a surprise rotation of administration officials to showcase our talent puts the left in their heels. Me, I'm waiting for Tyrus to do a 1-2 day gig there but the room isn't big enough. There would be no snark in the questioning. It's the intimidation factor.

JD could walk down the hall on a moments notice. Hegseth could show up and confine the questioning to defense. The Treasury secretary Bessent has that air of confidence that’s refreshing. Every different stand-in would throw them a curve and catch them off guard.

Marco Rubio was a foreigner until his parents became citizens. His parents were "subject to the jurisdiction" of Cuba until they became citizens and could be recalled as the Cuban government saw fit. As such, Marco Rubio was absolutely "subject to the jurisdiction" of Cuba, not the United States.

My money is still on JD Vance.

That is my take, if Rubio or DeSantis want to run they will have to give up their day jobs after the 2026 election. Reports suggest DeSantis wants a cabinet position but he can't do that if the trying to run for president.

The media needs to do their research to the day about a year ago where Marco said that if Vance enters the race he (Rubio) would be backing Vance.
